Aside from all that...she inspired me to dust off the paint brushes, pull the Gesso and canvases out of storage...and create.
I know, I'm not writing. Haven't written since Saturday...
I did edits on Sunday and Monday though...
And my daughter was horribly ill yesterday and today...
So I don't feel too bad about throwing some paint around yesterday and today...
I'll write tonight...later...maybe after everyone else is in bed.
That will give me another hour to layer some mixed media components.
Maybe I'll include pictures of the finished product.
And thank you Rosemary for the wonderful letter. I am so glad you are around to boost my spirits...and I promise I will not leave you hanging over the ending of Garrett, Kitten, and Thomas's menage. They're decorating the nursery in my head even as I type this...

I can't imagine going for days without reading! So I do understand how it feels being away from writing in some ways. I haven't painted in so long! I took lots of that in HS and after (watercolors, acrylics and charcoal, mostly of still life, scenery and little of portraits) but I probably can't do now, its been a long time! Hope your daughter doing better! And keep going with your painting! Cathie
